Registration of Exhibitors,Installers and ID cards
All exhibitors must wear identification cards with the SEF logo on their cards at the PVA EXPO PRAGUE exhibition centre, including hostesses. Identification cards and lanyards will be issued at the reception desk at the Main Entrance Hall.
Installers will be identified with a lanyard which will be given to them at the reception desk at the entrance to Exhibit Hall III.

Instructions for the drivers
All vans, trucks and cars used for the delivery of materials must be marked with the ABF logo and a mobile number for the driver.
WARNING: without this marking, security guards will not allow vehicles into the logistics areas for unloading of materials!!!
Parking / Arrival scheme
Short-term parking of cars for unloading materials and their removal after the event
Access to the site for the duration of the assembly
On 13.10.-14.10.2025 exhibitors are allowed free entry to the exhibition area on the basis of a completed assembly entry card with the ABF logo, which will be obtained after reporting in advance to the fair organiser at the fairgrounds during registration in Hall I. The assembly entry card must be completely filled in and placed in a visible place in each vehicle throughout its stay on the premises.After the assembly times are over, all vehicles must leave the exhibition area, including the car park in front of Halls 3 and 4.
Parking is available in the car park in front of halls 3 and 4 until 22.00. After this time, paid parking is reserved in the exhibition area P2 and must be ordered from the organizer.
Long-term parking of cars and vans
Parking spaces are available for exhibitors in the dedicated P2 car parks inside the venue. For these parking spaces it is necessary to order a parking card from the organiser for the entire duration of the fair:
Vehicle up to 3.5t 800 CZK/day
Vehicle over 3.5t 1500kč/day
The fine for parking on the grassy area inside the fairgrounds is a one-off fine of 1600Kč

- Unloading to warehouse, pre-show storage & shipment delivery to the exhibition booth
- Direct unloading of exhibits and installation material to the exhibition booth
- Montage and demontage by forklift onsite
- Handling of empties and full goods – collection from stand, during show storage, return to booth
- Direct loading of exhibits and installation material from the exhibition booth
- Shipment collection from the exhibition booth, post-show storage & loading from warehouse
NON EU EXHIBITION GOODS:
- Shipment planning incl. documentation & scheduling
- Import customs clearance
- Shipment pre-show storage & delivery to the exhibition booth
- Montage and demontage by forklift onsite
- Handling of empties and full goods – collection from stand, during show storage, return to booth
- Shipment collection from the exhibition booth & post-show storage
- Export customs clearance
- Shipment final delivery to the overseas return destination

Catering for Exhibitors
Catering/Lunches
Two restaurants (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and two cafés (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) will be open throughout the fair for exhibitors and visitors. There is one café and one restaurant in the SEF main entrance hall, and another café and restaurant will be accessible to the left of Hall 3.
Payment is by card or cash on site. In terms of menu, you can choose from 3-4 dishes for lunch during SEF.
NOTE: A special menu is available for exhibitors upon presentation of an exhibitor pass at a discounted lunch price of CZK 176, including the soup of the day and main course of the day as follows:
Wednesday, October 15: Fried Hermeln cheese, French fries, tartar sauce
Thursday, October 16: Beef goulash, bread dumplings, onions
You can also choose a meal in the restaurant of your choice without a price discount or at the outdoor fast food stand.
Special Tip: In mid of September a brand-new WE HOTEL was opened just 300 metres from SEF expo- there are bars and restuarants as well-look at the website: https://www.we-hotels.com/en/restaurants-bars/
Catering with a delivery to booths

– Delivery – select personal pickup

Summary: 1. Place your order in the online store, the order will be delivered by courier to the booth in the morning, payment by card at the booth.
Note: There will be only morning delivery. The shipping cost will depend on the number of orders.

Instructions: there will be two deliveries of orders to the booths, a morning delivery at 9:00 a.m. and a mid-morning delivery at 11:00 a.m.; payment by card when ordering.
