I support projects in the renewable energy sector as a Legal & Commercial Counsel specialising in contracts for BESS, PV and EV charging infrastructure projects. On a day-to-day basis, I negotiate and structure cross-border supply agreements, project contracts, procurement documentation and key provisions relating to risk allocation, liability, contractual penalties, guarantees, payment security, termination and dispute resolution.

I work primarily on utility-scale projects in the CEE/CIS region, supporting sales, business development, technical and project teams in translating legal and technical risks into practical negotiating positions. My aim is to draft contracts that are legally sound, commercially acceptable and operationally feasible.
