Oliver Schmidt 

Oliver Schmidt  has completed his PhD at Imperial College London. He is also the founder of Storage Lab (www.storage-lab.com). He projects future cost for energy storage technologies and determines their value in low-carbon energy systems. He has just started to work for Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory Group.

Oliver studied mechanical engineering with a focus on renewable energy technologies at ETH Zurich and Imperial College London. He has spent two years in consulting working with the management of a major European utility on the key challenges of the sector. Within his PhD, Oliver aims to provide more transparency about the role of energy storage in future energy systems.
