Pavel Doucha

Mgr. Pavel Doucha is a partner and one of the founders of the law firm Doucha Šikola lawyers s.r.o. In the course of his career, he devoted himself especially to environmental law and related fields (building law, administrative proceedings and administrative justice, public health protection, right to information) and subsequently energy law and general legal advice to clients in the energy sector.

He holds the Prize of the Minister of the Environment for the contribution to the development of environmental law for the year 2004, and he also worked as a member of the Deputy Commission of the Minister of the Environment. He is the author of a number of expert articles. Pavel holds a Masters Degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
