The registration for the conference is binding. The conference organizer (Smart Energy Forum s.r.o., represented by Ing. Jaroslav Dorda) must be notified in writing in case of the cancellation of the conference visit (representation is possible without any additional fee) via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When cancelling the registration of an attendee/attendees, the following conditions will be applied:
Upon receipt of your application, you will be emailed a confirmation of registration (incl. order number together with an instruction to pay 100% registration fee. The registration fee must be paid in full to the specified bank account no later than 7 days after the end of registration, otherwise you will lose your right to the reserved seat.
If the registration fee is not paid 3 days before the conference, the participant will be asked to provide proof of payment or pay the fee directly on the spot bycash. Payment by credit card is not possible!
In case of any problem with the registration or advance invoice, please contact us immediately on the phone number:+420 737 249 737. The tax document (invoice) will be sent to your email within 10 days after the conference. By sending the registration, the participant agrees to use the personal data of Smart Energy Forum s.r.o., represented by Ing. Jaroslav Dorda (ID: 17481376, DIČ:CZ17481376), according to Act on the Protection of Personal Data No. 101/2000 Co..
The conference organizer reserves the right to change the program if necessary.
